What information do you need to prepare a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we'll need your event date, location, estimated guest count, preferred food style, and any special requests. Once we have those details, we'll prepare a proposal tailored to your event
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Once you reach out, our team will contact you to discuss your event, address any questions, and recommend menu options. From there, we'll prepare your custom quote and guide you through the booking process from start to finish.
Can your menu be customized for our event?
Absolutely. Every community is different, and every event deserves a menu that fits. Whether you're serving families at a neighborhood celebration or guests at a nonprofit fundraiser, we'll help you build a menu that matches your event and your budget.
How far in advance should I book community catering?
Community events often involve permits, volunteers, venues, and multiple vendors. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during spring and summer when event calendars fill up quickly. If your event is coming up soon, contact us anyway—we'll always do our best to accommodate your date.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requests?
Yes. We can prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options so everyone at your event can enjoy a great meal. Let us know your requirements during planning, and we'll build a menu that works for your guests.
Do you travel outside Maryland?
Absolutely. While we're based in Maryland, we also cater events throughout Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and surrounding areas. If your event is outside our usual service area, reach out; we're happy to discuss it.
